In December 2023, the Ediltec Business Unit became Ediltec Insulation S.p.A. following the merger of Decem Srl and Algor Srl. This milestone consolidated the Group’s organisation and strengthened an integrated European industrial network, bringing together expertise, technologies and production capabilities across Italy, Germany and Croatia, fostering synergies between the different production sites and reinforcing the Group’s presence in international markets.

2025 Expansion Strategy
Since 2025, Ediltec has been pursuing a strategic expansion project aimed at further strengthening its industrial structure. The plan focuses on expanding the Group’s production capacity and manufacturing footprint through new investments and development opportunities, both nationally and internationally, with the goal of building an increasingly strong, integrated and competitive presence across its key markets.

The centralised warehouse in Cellino Attanasio (TE) ensures fast and flexible order fulfilment. Its strategic location in central Italy enables efficient distribution across the country, optimising delivery times while ensuring a consistently high level of service.
Certified Quality
Ediltec was among the first Italian companies to manufacture insulation materials and the first polyurethane insulation manufacturer to achieve UNI EN ISO 9001 certification. Obtaining the EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) represents a key milestone in our sustainability journey, encompassing processes, materials and products with the aim of reducing waste and resource consumption.
Sustainability
Industry 5.0 production facilities, energy efficiency and a circular approach help reduce waste and resource consumption. Most of our products contain recycled material, recovered from our own materials or generated from production waste.

Ediltec’s expertise extends beyond traditional thermal insulation. Through specialised business units such as POLIISO AIR and FABRICATION, the Group applies its know-how in insulation technologies to a broader range of products, applications and industrial sectors.
From pre-insulated air duct systems to custom-engineered XPS components for industrial applications, this diversification expands Ediltec’s technological capabilities and enables the Group to address increasingly specific market requirements with dedicated, high-performance solutions.
Pre-Insulated Polyiso Air Duct Systems
In 2019, marking its 30th anniversary, Ediltec expanded its expertise into the pre-insulated air duct systems sector with the launch of POLIISO AIR, a dedicated solution for professionals in HVAC, building services and air-conditioning systems.
XPS Solutions for Industrial Applications
The FABRICATION business unit specialises in the production of custom XPS panels and components for industrial applications, with quality, precision and flexibility at the core of its service.
