X-FOAM® HBT 700

X-FOAM® HBT 700 is an indigo-blue thermal insulation board made of extruded polystyrene (XPS), with extrusion skin and four shiplap edges. With a compressive strength of ≥ 700 kPa, it is designed for thermal insulation applications characterised by high mechanical requirements and significant compressive loads.

The board is manufactured in a standard size of 600 × 1250 mm and is available in thicknesses from 50 to 240 mm, providing flexibility in the design of the insulation layer according to the required thermal performance. The four shiplap edges allow adjacent boards to fit accurately together, supporting the continuity of the insulation layer.

Thanks to its high compressive strength, X-FOAM® HBT 700 is particularly suitable for demanding applications such as carriageable inverted roofs and parking roofs, industrial floors, cold storage rooms, below-ground walls and insulation under foundations.

X-FOAM® HBT 700 is classified Euroclass E for reaction to fire according to EN 13501-1.
