GIBITEC® PLUS

GIBITEC® PLUS is a prefabricated composite insulation panel consisting of a plasterboard layer coupled with POLIISO® PLUS rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) thermal insulation faced with aluminium foil. By combining the insulating layer and plasterboard facing in a single element, GIBITEC® PLUS provides an integrated solution for the thermal insulation of internal walls.

The plasterboard component is available in 13 mm or 10 mm thickness, while the complete panels are manufactured in a large 1200 × 3000 mm format and are available in a wide range of overall thicknesses to meet different project requirements.

The POLIISO® PLUS insulation component has a declared thermal conductivity λD of 0.022 W/mK, providing high thermal resistance with limited insulation thickness, and a compressive strength of ≥ 150 kPa.

Thanks to the combination of high-performance PIR insulation and plasterboard, GIBITEC® PLUS allows thermal insulation and internal lining to be integrated into a single large-format prefabricated panel, making it particularly suitable for internal wall insulation and renovation solutions where the available space needs to be used efficiently.
