POLIISO® TEGOLA

POLIISO® TEGOLA is a structural thermal insulation panel made of rigid closed-cell polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam, specifically developed to combine roof insulation with support for the tile covering. The PIR core is faced on both sides with embossed aluminium and the panels feature four shiplap edges to support continuity of the insulation layer.

POLIISO® TEGOLA has a declared thermal conductivity λD of 0.022 W/mK according to EN 13165 and a compressive strength of ≥ 150 kPa. Panels are 2400 mm long, with a width defined according to the required tile pitch, and are available in thicknesses from 60 to 140 mm.

A metal tile-support profile integrated along the length of the panel provides the support required for the roof covering, integrating insulation and tile support within the same element. The panel also incorporates openings designed to promote micro-ventilation beneath the tile covering.

This configuration makes POLIISO® TEGOLA a complete solution for thermally insulated pitched roofs with micro-ventilated tile coverings, combining thermal performance, support for the roof covering and management of the under-tile ventilation layer.

The panel is classified Euroclass E for reaction to fire according to EN 13501-1.
