POLIISO® TEGOLA DOPPIO PASSO

POLIISO® TEGOLA DOPPIO PASSO is a structural thermal insulation panel made of rigid closed-cell polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam, developed to integrate thermal insulation, tile support and under-tile micro-ventilation within a single roofing solution. The PIR core is faced with embossed aluminium, while four shiplap edges support continuity between adjacent insulation panels.

The product has a declared thermal conductivity λD of 0.022 W/mK according to EN 13165 and a compressive strength of ≥ 150 kPa. Panels are 1180 mm long, with a width corresponding to twice the tile pitch, and are available in thicknesses from 60 to 140 mm.

Two integrated metal tile-support profiles run along the panel, providing support for the roof covering. Dedicated openings promote micro-ventilation beneath the tiles, allowing air circulation between the insulation system and the covering layer.

Compared with the 2400 mm POLIISO® TEGOLA format, the shorter 1180 mm length makes the panels easier to handle, transport, store and position during installation, while retaining the functional characteristics of the TEGOLA system.

POLIISO® TEGOLA DOPPIO PASSO is classified Euroclass E for reaction to fire according to EN 13501-1.
