POLIISO® EXTRA

POLIISO® EXTRA is a thermal insulation panel made of rigid closed-cell polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam, faced on both sides with multilayer aluminium foil. Designed for thermal insulation in building applications, it combines high thermal performance with reduced insulation thickness, making it suitable for construction solutions where efficient use of the available space is an important design consideration.

POLIISO® EXTRA has a declared thermal conductivity λD of 0.022 W/mK according to EN 13165 and a compressive strength of ≥ 150 kPa. The panels are manufactured in a standard size of 600 × 1200 mm and are available in thicknesses from 20 to 160 mm, providing a broad range of options for achieving the thermal resistance required by the project.

Thanks to its thermal performance and dimensional versatility, POLIISO® EXTRA can be used in different building-envelope applications, including cavity wall insulation, floor insulation and underfloor heating systems.

The combination of PIR insulation and low declared thermal conductivity makes POLIISO® EXTRA an effective solution when high thermal resistance is required while limiting the overall thickness of the insulation layer.
