X-FOAM® EASY TEGOLA

X-FOAM® EASY TEGOLA is an indigo-blue thermal insulation board made of single-layer extruded polystyrene (XPS), specifically designed for insulation beneath tile coverings on pitched roofs. The board retains its extrusion skin and features four shiplap edges to provide accurate coupling between adjacent insulation elements.

Its distinctive surface geometry integrates three longitudinal grooves on the upper face to promote under-tile micro-ventilation, together with transverse grooves designed to accommodate the tile covering.

X-FOAM® EASY TEGOLA has a compressive strength of ≥ 300 kPa and is manufactured in a width of 600 mm, with the length configured according to the required tile pitch. Available thicknesses range from 40 to 120 mm.

By combining XPS thermal insulation with a surface specifically designed for tile positioning and air circulation beneath the covering, X-FOAM® EASY TEGOLA provides an integrated solution for insulated and micro-ventilated pitched roofs below tiles.

The product is classified Euroclass E for reaction to fire according to EN 13501-1.
